How do I assess that I will not give up under crisis situation before the situation arises?
The answer is:
“Deliberate Discomfort Training”
Cold showers, fasting, long endurance tasks, or sleep deprivation drills (within reason) are used by military and elite performers to test how they act under stress.
The idea is: train your nervous system to stay calm and make good decisions when things get uncomfortable.
💡 Example: Take on a voluntary challenge where you’ll want to quit—but don’t (e.g., a 10km run, waking up at 5 am for a month, 30 days without distractions).
See how you respond internally to pressure.
If you successfully do this, you can do well under stress also. You will discover your resilience.
I’m undergoing this training. Tell me if you have any recommendations.!!
